The K Factory had been on my bucket list for quite some time. Highly recommended by a friend, I decided to finally visit the place. We reached at around 8 and the place was jam packed!! Waiting, and lots of waiting later we were seated at a pretty decent table almost in the centre of the restaurant. The lighting and placement of tables is pleasing to the eye. Not too flashy, not too dull.
Getting comfortable, we ordered Cookie Smoothie and Dark Chocolate Smoothie for drinks. The Cookie Smoothie was a nice blend of oreos and milk and was right amounts sweet. The Dark Chocolate Smoothie was for complete chocolate lovers, yummy but a little too sweet.
In the Food department we ordered Spicy Peri-Peri Chicken flatbread, HassleBack Potatoes, Roasted Chicken Drumettes and Cottage Cheese Tikka Lasagne. The Spicy Peri-Peri Chicken flatbread is a must have!!! Spicy, and delicious! Same goes for the HassleBack Potatoes. Cheese, cream, crispy potatoes and cilantro..heavenly! The drumsticks were not really the best I have had uptil now, they were more of an Indian version, not that it wasn’t tasty, but I prefer the Indo-Chinese drumsticks. Lastly the Cottage Cheese Tikka Lasagne, the taste was good but I think here again I don’t prefer the Paneer tikka take on lasagne. Maybe some people will like it, but I didn’t like the fusion much.
We were so stuffed that sadly we had to skip the dessert.
The good: Reasonable, tasty food and good location.
The bad: Quantity can be more.
The ugly: Nothing!!!
